blur isn't always a bad thing, especially when it lends to the shot!
this looks like some little comet or other glowing thing flying down the middle of the street. it's very surreal when you let yourself get lost in it and don't get hung up on technical things, b/c i don't think that's what this shot's about. it seems more about capturing a moment and telling a story.
i think you should try some more of these, maybe even make a series! they delve further into photography as strictly fine art and doesn't worry about having perfect focus or holding steady.
